About the Challenge:

In your first year of college, you'll learn faster than ever, but most of that growth goes undocumented. Traditional resumes and GPAs capture only outcomes, not the countless micro-wins: debugging a stubborn error, finishing your first group project, or learning a new tool.  Research shows the portfolios are powerful because they capture the full arc of learning over time, not just a single moment of performance.
